Serve Robotics acquired Vayu Robotics for 63.3 million USD to enhance its AI capabilities for autonomous delivery. Serve Robotics also acquired assets from Phantom Auto for approximately 5.75 million USD, which included its subsidiary Voysys, to bolster teleoperation and ultra-low-latency video connectivity for its delivery fleet. In terms of customer growth, Serve Robotics expanded its service to over 320,000 households, marking a 110% increase since December 2024, and integrated over 2,500 restaurants and stores, nearly eight times more than the previous year. Financially, Serve Robotics reported a Q2 2025 revenue of 642,000 USD, a 46% sequential increase and a 37% year-over-year increase. However, the company also reported a Q2 EPS of -0.24, which was worse than the consensus estimate of -0.21, indicating a larger loss per share than expected. Additionally, Serve Robotics raised 100 million USD through a registered direct offering of 6.25 million shares to institutional investors, strengthening its cash position to support operations and expansion.
